Terms of Service
Read the terms for using ProxyBrowser, including service scope, availability, acceptable use, and third-party websites.
Last updated: September 13, 2026.
These terms describe the conditions for using ProxyBrowser and the scope of its website access service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service scope
ProxyBrowser provides a web interface for requesting third-party website pages through an intermediary. It handles supported requests opened through that interface. It does not automatically provide a connection for every application or browser tab on your device.
You can start from the website form without creating a ProxyBrowser account or purchasing a subscription. Advertisements may appear on the service. A destination website can have separate access conditions, charges, and account requirements.
Availability and compatibility
The service is provided as available. Connections may fail, pages may load only partly, and features may change or be unavailable. ProxyBrowser does not guarantee access to every website, uninterrupted operation, a particular speed, or compatibility with all media and login systems.
Use the getting started guide and FAQ for instructions and known types of access problems.
Your use of the service
You are responsible for the destinations you request and for complying with applicable law, third-party rights, and the conditions governing your use of a network or website.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, malicious code, unsolicited bulk communications, or attempts to interfere with another system. Do not impersonate other people or use the service to obtain access you are not authorized to have.
Resource abuse
The service has limited processing and network capacity. Automated bulk requests, abusive scraping, denial-of-service activity, and other behavior that disrupts ordinary browsing may be restricted. Access may be limited or suspended to address abuse or protect service operation.
Third-party content
Destination websites control their own content, accounts, and policies. Access through ProxyBrowser does not imply endorsement of a destination or a guarantee about its content. Any transaction or interaction with a third-party website remains subject to that website's conditions.
Data handling
Read the Privacy Policy for information about requests, logs, analytics, advertising, and support messages. Using an intermediary does not guarantee a completely anonymous session.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties about availability, suitability for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Use the contact option on the About page if you have a question about these terms or need to report a service issue.
Controls for Analytics on Proxied Pages
When you browse pages through the proxy, we may count sanitized page views so we can understand how the proxy is used. We do not send query strings, fragments, access tokens, or the page's original title to Google Analytics.
